CAMP MANITOWA REND LAKE

In 2010, Dan and Andy invested $1 million in construction and fully renovated the Camp Manitowa Rend Lake property. They opened that summer for their first season and have hosted sleep-away summer camps, retreats, and festivals at the 40-acre property ever since.

Camp Manitowa Rend Lake offers campers and renters one of the newest and most thoughtfully developed camp facilities in the Benton area of Southern Illinois. Our property is designed to accommodate both adventure and comfort, with the following amenities:

  • 10 yurts with a total capacity of 160+
  • Office building with 8 dorm rooms (capacity of 24+)
  • Four cabins with a total capacity of 16+
  • Commercial kitchen

  • Baseball/softball field with outfield fence, dugouts, and backstop

LAKES & OUTDOOR SPACES

  • 40-acre Lake Hamilton — canoeing, kayaking, aqua park, fishing, and water trampoline
  • 19,000-acre Rend Lake — water skiing and expanded water recreation
  • Large campfire circle
  • Outdoor performance stage
