We’re excited to welcome another fantastic week of Camp Manitowa Day Camp!

Whether it’s your camper’s first visit or they’re returning for another summer of fun, we can’t wait to spend the week exploring, playing, swimming, and making unforgettable memories together.

Here’s everything families need to know before Monday morning.

📅 Day Camp Schedule

Monday – Friday
9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

🎒 What to Bring Each Day

Please send your camper with:

  • ☀️ Sunscreen
  • 💧 Water bottle
  • 🩱 Swimsuit & towel
  • 🦟 Bug spray

🌲 Daily Activities

Each day, campers will enjoy swimming along with rotations through Camp Manitowa’s favorite activities, including:

  • Sports
  • Gaga Ball
  • Arts & Crafts
  • Hiking
  • Lake Activities
  • Group Games
  • And plenty of surprises along the way!

🏖️ Wednesday Beach Day

One of the highlights of the week is our trip to North Markham Beach at Rend Lake on Wednesday morning.

Day campers will join our overnight campers for a morning of swimming, beach games, and lunch at the shelter before returning to camp around 1:00 p.m.

🚗 Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Please enter through the front gate and park on the baseball field next to the “Welcome Guests” dugout.

Our staff will greet your camper and walk them to the Bunkhouse while everyone arrives. Afternoon pick-up will take place in the same location.

📋 Health Form

Families will complete a one-page health history form during Monday morning check-in.
