At Camp Manitowa, a summer camp near St. Louis, our counselors live and work with an assigned yurt of campers throughout the session. Counselors must be at least 17 years old. Being a Camp Manitowa counselor will be one of the most meaningful jobs you ever have — but it is also hard work.

At Camp Manitowa, staff members work alongside peers who are equally passionate about working with children. We look for team members who are creative, thoughtful, dependable, and willing to set aside their egos to support the group. Camp only works when everyone works together.
