St. Louis based Guitarist, Vocalist, and Multi-Instrumentalist JD Hughes is a multi-genre encompassing talent wrapped up with a soulful and conscious approach to his music. His lyrics stand alongside mindful singer-songwriters of our time with his message touching on the subtle yet uplifting power of Love, Real Life Experiences, & Universal Consciousness that we as humans all possess and experience. Complimenting his thought provoking lyrics is his tasteful guitar work that shines as a stronghold in his persona.
With instruments including the banjo and saxophone, this jam band will entertain us with covers and originals, while the fire dancers, hoopers & acrobats join in to create a Magickol show.
The fun never stops with this spunky group who have been known to add puppets into their witty rock n roll mix. You’ll be nodding your head and tapping your toes to fun songs you recognize and clever ones you’ll learn. Video coming soon.
The queen siren of St. Louis’ local taverns and late night dive bars, this sultry songstress has stolen the drunken hearts of many who wander the South Side with her soulful interpretation of blues and country.

Warrior’s Way Yoga:
Light, Life, and Love. Tim is consciously working to expand individual, and collective expression though movement, mindfulness, practice, and gaining knowledge. Tim currently holds certifications in Usui Reiki level 3, Advanced pranic healing, Clinical Hypnosis, and RYT 200. Finding inspiration in all things, and studying mysticism through perspectives that present themselves. Let’s play!
Warrior’s Way Yoga:
Tim DeWitt developed his Warrior’s Way Vinyasa flow based on the philosophies he learned in a Sivana podcast where Ashton Szabo discusses the origin of warrior poses and their link to the Hindu story around Shiva, Sati, and Daksha. The story’s characters are broken down into their symbolic expression in this class. The ego is what is separating our lower aspect (our physicality) and our higher self (infinite wisdom/connection). Allow Tim’s warrior rich, ego-awareness vinyasa flow yoga class to raise your vibration and connect you to your Self this weekend.
Restore Your Rockstar Yoga
Stephanie is a 500 RYT Instructor who began her yoga practice 20 years ago after suffering a fractured foot during a marathon. Using yoga to fill the running void, she quickly became hooked on her yoga practice. Noticing subtle changes in her body and mind spurred a deeper exploration of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Bikram yoga. Stephanie is an active mother, athlete, and artist who considers herself a perpetual student. Being a mother of an active family of four, she understands the challenges busy people face. Stephanie advocates students to practice self care and to build time within life to energize, recuperate, strengthen, and explore personal limits.
Restorative Rockstar Yoga:
So you partied like a rock star last night and you need some restoration? Well, Stephanie will be guiding you through restorative postures, breathing techniques, and meditation, perfect for recovery. Using everyday items as props, we will find supportive postures that suit everyone who perhaps stayed out and rocked all night. A time to be calm and get clearer. Bring a blanket, pillow, and water bottle.
Mo began her yoga journey in 2014 in search of something to complement her time in the gym and to bring some much needed relief from mental and emotional stress from work and everyday life. She developed a consistent practice involving Vinyasa, Hatha, and Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga. Her practice led her down a path of self-discovery she’d been longing for but unable to find through other self-care methods alone. She became a teacher in 2016, and her style combines strength, focus, and play to make yoga accessible and fun for beginner, and allows advanced students to rediscover and expand their practice. Mo’s an amphibious yogi and loves the unique energy and environment of SUP yoga, so she’s on the water whenever she can be.
Take your yoga practice to another dimension, by supplementing a paddleboard for your mat, and water for the floor. You will improve your balance and engage your core more than ever as we bring mind and body intricately together in the great outdoors. This class is limited to 15 students, so please note on your registration form which time you’d like to take it if you want to try SUP Yoga with Mo.
